Which size should I choose?
It comes in 8 × 10 in ($59), 12 × 16 in ($79), 16 × 20 in ($99). The larger sizes suit a wall on their own; the smaller ones work on a shelf, a desk or in a gallery wall.
Will it look like my pet?
That's the point. The studio keeps what makes your dog or cat theirs: face shape, ears, eye color, coat and markings. You zoom in on every detail of the free preview before anything is made.
Can I see it before I buy?
Yes. Your preview is free and ready in about a minute. You only pay if you love it, and nothing is printed until you approve the exact artwork.
Is it a painting?
No. Your pet's portrait is made with AI image tools from your own photo, then checked for likeness before you approve it.
Can more than one pet be in the portrait?
Yes. Up to three pets fit in one portrait for the same price as one, dogs and cats together if you like.
How long does it take to arrive?
It's made to order in 2–10 business days, then ships in 3–7 business days. US shipping is $9.95, free on orders of $75 or more.
What if it arrives damaged?
Damaged, misprinted or lost items are replaced. Because each piece is made just for you, we can't take returns for change of mind, which is why you approve the portrait first.
