When do I need to order for Christmas?
Order printed gifts by November 24 for delivery in the US before Christmas. Digital portraits arrive by email as soon as you approve them, and gift cards can be emailed right away.
Is it a painting?
No. Your portrait is made with AI image tools from your own photo, then checked for likeness before you approve it. It's printed on fine-art paper or canvas, or delivered as a high-resolution digital file.
What photo should I use?
One clear phone photo of your dog or cat is enough. Pick one where their face is in focus and well lit, with their ears and markings visible.
Can I put more than one pet in the portrait?
Yes. A portrait can hold up to three pets, or you and your pets together, for the same price as one.
Do I have to pay to see it?
No. Your preview is free and ready in about a minute. You only pay if you love it and choose a product.
What if something doesn't look right?
Nothing is printed until you approve the exact artwork. You can try another scene or another photo first, and changes are free until your order goes to print.
How much is shipping?
US shipping is $9.95, and free on orders of $75 or more.
