How do I order it?
Make your pet’s free portrait preview first (about a minute). Under the finished preview, choose the size and color, type your pet’s name, and add it to your bag. You can buy it with the portrait or on its own.
Will the name be spelled right?
Yes. The name is set in an elegant script from exactly what you type, then laser-engraved. Check the spelling in your bag before you pay.
Which size fits my pet?
It comes Small to Extra Large. Measure around your pet’s neck before you order; if you're unsure which size that is, write to support@laurelandpaw.com with the measurement and we'll tell you.
How long does it take to arrive?
It's made to order in 2–10 business days, then ships in 3–7 business days. US shipping is $9.95, free on orders of $75 or more.
What if it arrives damaged?
Damaged, misprinted or lost items are replaced. Because each one is engraved just for your pet, we can't take returns for change of mind.
